Unit Franchisee (UF) operates under the area allocated by Super Franchisee, granting exclusive operation rights in one or more pin code areas. The unit franchisee will be responsible for deliveries & pickups in their defined pin code areas and shall be controlled & monitored by a Super Franchisee who ideally operates from the district headquarters. Super Franchise will lend stationeries & airway bills to Unit franchises as per the norms of the company. Transhipment charges are also applicable to the Unit franchise as consignments are shipped through Super Franchisees. Operational Requirements
- Office space of 100sft, at a well connected location of the Region.
- Developing market coverage by adding collection centres.
- Effective deliveries of all consignments under the UF area.
- Generating sales and executing sales promotional activities.
- Billing and collection of payments.
Revenue
- Corporate pick- ups assigned by the Branch Office.
- Own pickup generated in the designated UF area through clients, walk-in customers, collections centres and through digital marketing strategies.
