Super franchise (SF) defines a franchisee operated business unit in an independent territory/town or an entire district, either in an area or within that defined area with one or more reporting franchisees. SF functions as an extended branch in the District/Town for business development, operations, and servicing of clients.
Super franchisee performs all the in-bound and out-bound operations at a district level supporting a team of Unit franchisees. It also acts as a HUB branch for their district where the pickups done by them and their Unit Franchises gets consolidated at their office and trans shipped to the regional destinations. Operational Requirements
- Office space of 200sft, at a well connected location of the Town/District.
- Infrastructure as proposed by ELBEX.
- Appointing manpower with respect to sales and operations.
- Developing market coverage by appointing Unit franchisees.
- Consolidation of loads from Unit franchisees and channel network.
- Effective deliveries of all consignments under the SF area.
- Generating sales and executing sales promotional activities.
- Billing and collection of payments.
- Supply of required stationery to Unit franchisees.
Revenue
- Airway bills & stationeries sold to Unit Franchisees.
- Transhipment charges & fuel surcharge collected from Unit Franchisees
- Own pickup generated in the designated SF area through clients, walk-in customers, collections centres and through digital marketing strategies.
- Corporate pick- ups assigned by Area Office.
